Equipment Hiring/Procurement
- (R) Evaluating the performance of vendors (RM, TM, pumps, primary/secondary logistics, etc.) periodically in line with business goals
- (R) Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing long-term contracts with key suppliers of aggregates
- (R) Identifying, recommending vendors and ensuring deployment of TMs and pumps with optimum fixed cost and mileage
- (R) Maintaining and ensuring proper and updated stores and spares at the plant level so that production disruptions are avoided
- (R) Managing timely procurement while maintaining an appropriate balance of cost and quality
- (R, A) Ensuring uninterrupted production of RMC through timely procurement of aggregates, sand, fly ash, cement, GGBS, and admixtures at the most economical price, while addressing contingency situations and logistics challenges
- (R, A) Exploring recent sources of raw materials and procuring quality materials cost-effectively as per standard specifications

- (R) Ensuring adherence to SOP compliances in all procurement-related negotiations, including white goods, gifts, foreign tours, marketing/technical service expenses, CRM expenses, godown/office rent, capex expansion, etc
Market Intelligence
- (R) Exploring new resources / locations and bench marking best Procurement practices in the industry leading to cost reduction and achieving the competitive edge in the market
Vendor Management
