Dot Konnekt is a full-stack Enterprise AI company. We combine domain ontology, a proprietary agentic AI platform, and embedded delivery pods to take enterprises from AI strategy through production deployment. We serve retailers, consumer brands, manufacturing and distribution enterprises in the US and globally.
We are a Google Cloud AI Partner, Enterprise AI Knowledge Partner to Kellogg School of Management, and recognized by Constellation Research as an AI-first firm. Our customers include 30+ mid to large enterprises running our platform in production. We operate from India, Singapore, the UAE, and the US, with founders and senior leadership actively engaged in every deal.
What we are looking for
A senior partnerships builder who can architect and run Dot Konnekt’s partner motion across four distinct surfaces: hyperscalers (with Google Cloud as a strategic alliance), boutique consultancies and agencies, frontier model labs, and AI infrastructure companies.




You will work with Dot Konnekt’s leadership team to structure the partner program, qualify which partners are worth investing in, build the commercial and operating models that make them productive, and own convert the pipeline into a measurable revenue line. You sell business outcomes, not features. You think and operate as an AI-native operator who lives in the ecosystem, not on its margins.
Desired outcomes
Year 1 quota: $2+ million partner-sourced revenue, with explicit ramp through the first two quarters. Attribution rules defined in partnership with the CGO.
Activate Google Cloud as our most strategic alliance: named co-sell engagement with field reps, joint account planning, marketplace traction, and named US enterprise wins.
Build a structured partner program from scratch: tiering, commercial models, enablement, joint GTM templates, and a working partner operating cadence by end of Year 1.
