Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO & AI Search Optimization to lead Shoolini University's organic growth strategy across Google Search, AI-powered search engines, answer engines, and knowledge platforms
. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Programmatic SEO, Analytics, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). They will be responsible for increasing visibility, rankings, traffic, leads, and brand authority across search ecosystems, including Google, Chat GPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI-driven discovery platforms
. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, technical proficiency, content understanding, and data-driven decision-making

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and AI Search strategies to drive organic traffic, visibility, and lead generation. Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, crawlability, indexing, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization. Optimize content for AI-driven search experiences, featured snippets, AI Overviews,



and answer engines. Build topical authority through content strategy, semantic SEO, and entity-based optimization. Monitor search performance, analyze competitors, and create actionable insights using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools. Collaborate with content, admissions, academic, PR, and development teams to enhance search visibility. Stay updated on emerging AI search trends and implement cutting-edge optimization strategies. Lead and mentor SEO teams, manage external partners, and establish SEO best practices across the organization. Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field. 8+ years of experience in SEO with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience scaling organic traffic for large websites with thousands of pages.
