Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across international markets, with a solid focus on the USA and UK. This role goes beyond awareness and engagement — it is responsible for driving measurable revenue through platform-native strategies, shoppable content, and conversion-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in international social media trends, storytelling, and performance-driven brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Content
• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for USA & UK markets, aligned with sales and brand goals
• Create high-performing content (reels, shorts, stories, carousels, posts) optimized for engagement and conversions
• Adapt content to trending topics, cultural moments, and consumer behavior in the USA & UK
• Revenue Generation
• Drive revenue through shoppable posts, Instagram/Facebook Shops, Tik Tok Shop, and platform-native checkout features




• Create and promote story-first offers, flash sales, and exclusive social-only deals to boost conversions
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to design retargeting campaigns and optimize ROAS from social platforms
• Community & Growth
• Build and manage an engaged international community through interactive content, polls, challenges, and live sessions
• Partner with US & UK creators/influencers for UGC campaigns, affiliate collaborations, and product launches
• Leverage social proof (reviews, testimonials, influencer content) to build credibility in international markets
• Analytics & Optimization
• Track and report KPIs such as engagement, CTR, revenue from social campaigns, conversions from stories/offers, and follower growth
• Continuously A/B test creatives, formats, and offers to improve engagement-to-purchase funnels
