Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, site visits, and sales closures. The role requires a proactive approach to lead management and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners. Follow up with prospects and drive sales closures. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
