Job Purpose:
Lead and manage the accounting and finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, and timely closure of books. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, audits, taxation, payroll, cash flow management, and stakeholder coordination while driving process excellence and financial governance.
Who You Are:
9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Financial Operations with team management responsibilities
Strong expertise in General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting
Hands-on experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
Robust knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements
Experience managing Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, and Annual Financial Statements
Expertise in cash flow management, treasury operations, and investment planning
Strong understanding of payroll processing and related statutory compliances
Experience with intercompany accounting,



reconciliations, and consolidation of books of accounts
Knowledge of STPI compliances and foreign currency transactions, including coordination with banks for FC, BRC, and related requirements
Proficiency in accounting ERP systems and MIS reporting
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
