Document Solutions Analyst
About the Role
The Document Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting document digitization, metadata validation, and exception management activities across complex financial and legal agreements. The role involves reviewing AI-extracted agreement data, validating key metadata and contractual attributes against source documentation, resolving exceptions, and ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of structured data outputs.
The analyst will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support the transformation of unstructured legal agreements into actionable data.
