Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sr Interior Designer/Architect, Team Leader role based in South Delhi. The Sr Interior Designer/Architect will lead end-to-end design development for interior and architectural projects, from concept to completion, including mood boards,



material palettes, and detailed design presentations. Responsibilities include space planning, preparing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and guiding bespoke furniture and artifact design to align with project narratives. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution on site. The professional will conduct regular site visits, review shop drawings, resolve on-site design issues, and mentor junior team members to uphold the firm’s design standards and emphasis on heritage and sustainability.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Architecture, with experience leading high-quality residential, cultural, or corporate projects.
