JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, compliance, budgeting, reporting, audits, and financial planning while supporting overall business growth and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management
Manage end-to-end finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, P& L statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reports. Handle accounts payable/receivable, banking activities, reconciliations, and cash management. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processes,



ROC filings, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, consultants, and banking partners. Establish and improve financial controls, SOPs, and reporting systems. Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives. Business & Operational Support
Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making. Support budgeting and financial planning for business expansion and recent initiatives. Conduct cost analysis, ROI analysis, and financial feasibility studies. Improve financial visibility and operational efficiency through effective reporting systems. Administration & Coordination
Coordinate with HR and admin teams for payroll, attendance, reimbursements, and employee records. Maintain financial documentation, contracts, and statutory records. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial governance standards. Technology &
