What You'll Do
Content & Posting
Own day-to-day management of social media accounts for agency clients Create engaging captions, reels, carousels, static posts, and short-form videos Adapt content tone and style for different brands and platforms Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, X, Tik Tok) Creative Collaboration
Work closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters Translate campaign ideas into strong social-first content Stay updated with trends, formats, memes, and platform updates Community Management
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions Engage with audiences in a brand-secure, timely,



and creative way Build and maintain strong online communities for brands Insights & Reporting
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) Share insights and recommendations to improve content performance Assist with monthly social media reports for clients Agency Coordination
Handle multiple client accounts efficiently Ensure timely approvals, posting schedules, and content delivery Participate in internal brainstorms and client discussions when required What We're Looking For
Must-Have
2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred) Strong writing skills with creative captioning ability Clear understanding of social media platforms and best practices Experience using scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand consistency Nice to Have
Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.) Experience working with multipl
