PURPOSE
This position is responsible for standardizing and governing the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) across the unit, in line with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards. The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, drives hygiene excellence, and builds robust audit and monitoring frameworks across all culinary operations.
Through strategic oversight, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, the Food Safety Manager safeguards the health of members, guests, and employees while strengthening the organization's reputation for world-class food safety and hygiene standards.

Drive Operational Excellence
Lead the development and implementation of standardized FSMS frameworks across all units, incorporating HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.



Drive consistency in hygiene practices through structured audits, inspections, and monitoring protocols across kitchens, storage areas, and service zones. Establish governance mechanisms to track compliance, audit scores, and corrective actions across units. Oversee risk assessments for vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure end-to-end food safety compliance. Applied Learning
Stay abreast of evolving food safety regulations, global standards, and industry best practices. Design and roll out structured training programs on hygiene, food safety, and compliance for culinary and operations teams. Drive capability-building initiatives and continuous learning interventions to strengthen hygiene awareness across units. Continuously review and enhance SOPs based on audit findings, incident analysis, and regulatory updates. Business & Compliance Acumen
