Co-Ordination with Event teams, sales, marketing, and other departments to guarantee complete information fl ow. Co-ordination and planning for overall all exhibition services - from transport, housekeeping, catering to security - ensuring flawless executi on.
Co-ordination with the design team for floor plan, graphics, and special structu re. Co-ordination with the venue for overall show requirements and adherence to venue rules and restrictio ns. Agency Tie-ups Planning / Co-ordination for Security/ Housekeeping/ Safety /Permissions/ Manpower/ Insurance/Communication PA System, Intercom, Internet kiosks/ Transport/ Catering/ Additional Facilities & Amenities/ Appointment of a reputed Clearing & Forwarding Agent/Electricity Planning/Co-ordination for Power requirement & Generat ors Be actively involved in the build-up, open days, and breakdown of exhibitio ns.
