t Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
. Monitor service delivery and operational efficiency
. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards
. Manage manpower planning, deployment, and productivity

Business Development
Identify recent business opportunities and support client acquisition
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business retention and growth
Achieve branch revenue and profitability target
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for business expansion.
Team Management
Lead, mentor,



and manage branch employees and field teams
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training support
Ensure proper staffing and workforce discipline
Financial Management
Monitor branch budgets, billing, collections, and expenses
Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups
Maintain branch profitability and cost control measures
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances, and company SOP's
Prepare and submit branch MIS reports, operational reports, and performance updates
Handle audits and compliance documentation
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
MBA preferred
Experience
8–15 years of experience in operations, branch management, or facility management
Experience in manpower management and client handling preferred
