About the Role
We are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Director – Operations at Sheenlac. The Director works across multiple platforms at significant scale and complexity. The rhythm of work does not follow a standard 9-to-5 schedule - flexibility, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's complex calendar, prioritize commitments, and ensure seamless day-to-day scheduling across multiple time zones and business verticals. Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (domestic & international), including visas, logistics, and itineraries.



Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism and confidentiality. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and correspondence using advanced Excel and AI tools. Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and drive follow-ups on critical projects and action items. Coordinate high-priority meetings, events, and board-level interactions. Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business matters and strategic decisions. Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required by the Director. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and last-minute changes with a positive, can-do attitude. Requirements & Qualifications
