Role Description
Got a tab for flights always open? Know the difference between a layover hack and a nightmare connection? You might just be our next Travel Consultant. At Sort Your Trip, we help people trade their Monday mornings for beach sunsets, and we need someone equally obsessed with making travel happen.
What you'll actually do
- Chat with travellers, understand their vibe, and craft itineraries they'll be bragging about for years
- Hunt down the best flights, hotels, and experiences (yes, this counts as research)
- Be the calm in the chaos- help clients when things go sideways (missed flights, changed plans, monsoon season surprises)
- Build real relationships with travellers who'll keep coming back because you just get it
- Keep track of bookings, quotations, and follow-ups like the organized sorter you are
What We're Looking For
- Someone who loves talking to people
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written
- Can stay cool under pressure. You have an eye for detail and can solve problems with ease.
- You have basic geography knowledge and can plan logically
- Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips
- Relevant educational background or experience in travel and tourism is a plus
