Overview:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, analytics, and current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goal Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, and You Tub Plan and maintain a content calendar with engaging, relevant, and timely conten Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and campaign Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preference Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)



and optimize campaigns accordingl Manage paid social media campaigns and budget Handle community management, including responding to comments, messages, and review Work with influencers and external partners for collaboration Content and blog writing for website Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with performance marketing campaigns. Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) Understanding of SEO and digital marketing Experience working with agencies or brands
