About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, camera-friendly, content-obsessed Social Media Content Creator who understands how content works across Instagram, You Tube, Snapchat, and podcasts.
This is not just a "make office reels" role. We need someone who can think bigger, build repeatable content formats, create original IPs for an agency, and become a recognisable face across our social platforms.
The ideal candidate should already be active as a creator/influencer with at least 10 K followers on Instagram, understand trends deeply, and know how to turn ideas into engaging, high-retention content.
Key Responsibilities
Create and conceptualise original social media content for Instagram, You Tube, Snapchat, and other digital platforms. Develop content IPs for the agency, including recurring formats, episodic content,



creator-led shows, interview formats, street-style content, behind-the-scenes series, trend-led properties, and brand storytelling formats. Be comfortable appearing on camera as the face of videos, reels, You Tube content, Snapchat stories, and podcasts. Anchor and host podcast episodes, interviews, creator conversations, agency-led shows, and social-first video formats. Document office events, team moments, internal celebrations, shoots, brand activities, creator visits, behind-the-scenes moments, and agency culture in a way that feels engaging and social-first. Create reels from office events and real-time moments, turning everyday agency happenings into entertaining, polished, and shareable content.
