About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience for our Business Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions — Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Customer Success — to deeply understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies,



and translate business needs into scalable product solutions. This role demands strong business acumen, process thinking, and the ability to build and defend a roadmap backed by clear business cases.
Requirements
Must Have
5–8 years of Product Management experience, with significant focus on business platforms, enterprise applications, or B2 B Saa S
Demonstrated ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into product requirements
Experience building business cases and defending roadmap priorities with data and business rationale
Strong command of process mapping, information architecture, and workflow design
Hands-on experience owning third-party integrations (CRM, ERP, HRMS, support, or analytics tools)
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and web analytics tools
Solid Agile/Scrum experience as a Product Owner in cross-functional teams
