About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented D2 C Operations Specialist to own and
scale the end-to-end operations of Divine Heals — a rapid-growing spiritual wellness brand
dealing in crystals, rudraksha, and healing products.
This is a ground-up role. You will be responsible for building the operational backbone of
the business — from inventory management and order fulfillment to packaging oversight,
dispatch coordination, and daily ops management.
You will work directly with leadership
and be expected to bring structure, systems, and scalability to every operational
touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end inventory management — procurement planning, stock levels,
reorder triggers, and dead stock control
• Oversee daily operations including order processing, fulfillment, and returns
management
• Manage the complete packaging process — ensuring packaging quality,
consistency, and brand standards are maintained on every order
• Own dispatch operations end-to-end — courier coordination, shipment tracking,
delivery TAT, and exception handling




• Manage vendor and supplier relationships for products, packaging materials, and
logistics partners
• Maintain and manage Shopify backend — inventory sync, product listings, and order
management
• Build and implement SOPs for all operational processes including packaging and
dispatch workflows
• Track and report key operational metrics daily
• Identify bottlenecks in the ops flow and proactively solve for them
• Scale operational capacity in line with business growth
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in D2 C or e-commerce operations
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management principles
• Hands-on experience with Shopify — mandatory
• Prior experience managing packaging and dispatch operations
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and ops tracking
• Familiarity with inventory management tools
• High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work
