Minimum 5 years of experience in Campaign Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in SFMC (Salesforce Management Cloud) Valuable to have: Expertise in executing complex campaigns in Campaign Management tools like Oracle Responsys, Gupshup, Capillary, Mo Engage / Clevertap. Should have worked on email warmup process in the past Understanding of working from designers' files using Adobe and other design programs Create email campaign deliverables and ensure that final deliverables are on time and meet business requirements Perform first level quality control testing and peer review testing Identify the root cause of any email issues discovered and recommend solutions Stay informed on email marketing trends,
changes in browser capabilities and multimedia development standards Recommend measures to improve work process methods to ensure the highest quality work output possible Work toward becoming a Subject Matter Expert on email development and delivery best practices Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL / Python Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within an internal team of campaign resources to achieve desired result Ability to take independent initiative as well as lead, motivate, and work with teams to produce results .
