Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (Qualified CA)
Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified
5–15 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy, EPC, or industrial sectors preferred
Experience with listed companies will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors,



tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Manufacturing Finance & Costing
Product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Inventory valuation and monitoring of manufacturing costs.
Analysis of production efficiency, material consumption, and profitability.
Cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
Budgeting & MIS
Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Development of management MIS reports and business dashboards.
Financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Review and filing of returns and assessments.
Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Working Capital & Treasury
Cash flow planning and fund management.
Banking relationship management and debt monitoring.
Receivables, payables, and inventory optimization.
