Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to manage, maintain, and service Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems (HIES) compressors. You will play a vital role in ensuring machine longevity and maintaining strong technical relationships with our industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Manage existing customers using HIES compressors and handle all maintenance and service needs. Relationship Management:



Build strong ties with machine users to maximize equipment uptime and customer satisfaction. Spares Management: Proactively identify, track, and manage the timely replenishment of spare parts. On-Field Support: Travel across industrial hubs in Gujarat to provide technical assistance and routine servicing. Key Requirements
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Mobility: Must be willing and ready to travel frequently within the state of Gujarat. Attributes: Robust problem-solving skills, proactiveness, and excellent customer-handling abilities. What We Offer
