Key Responsibilities
Advanced SIP protocol analysis and troubleshooting
Administration and optimization of Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage Outbound Dialer
Management and troubleshooting of Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
MPLS, Qo S, SIP/RTP transport, and network diagnostics
Firewall, NAT, and ACL configuration for SIP communications
Campaign management, pacing optimization, DNC compliance, CPA/AMD troubleshooting
Root Cause Analysis using packet capture tools such as Wireshark
Required Technical Expertise
SIP, RTP, Vo IP signaling, and troubleshooting
Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage Outbound Dialer administration
Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and SIP security
Audio Codes Media Pack/Mediant gateways
MPLS, Qo S (DSCP/Co S), TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
Firewall configuration, NAT traversal, and SIP security
SQL/database queries for reporting and dialer verification
