Job Responsibilities
As an IBDP Visual Arts Teacher, you will:
Design and deliver engaging and innovative Visual Arts curriculum aligned with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) standards. Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and critical thinking. Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.



Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to integrate Fine Arts into the broader curriculum. Organize and oversee student exhibitions, performances, and other showcases of artistic work. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and methodologies in Fine Arts education. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community. Engage with parents and the community to promote the Fine Arts program and its impact on student development. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Visual arts, Art Education, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Teaching certification or qualification recognized by the International Baccalaureate. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Visual Arts, preferably at the IBDP level. Strong understanding of IBDP curriculum and assessment methods. Preferred Skills
