What You'll Do
Create compelling visual designs for branding, digital, and marketing projects
Develop creative concepts and take them from idea to execution
Design social media creatives, presentations, marketing collateral, and campaign assets
Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and other team members to deliver high-quality work
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas
Ensure consistency across brand identities and design systems
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Support and collaborate with junior designers by sharing knowledge and feedback
Continuously improve design processes and workflows




Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design tools
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
Excellent attention to detail and aesthetics
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work
