We're seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Engineering Delivery Manager to lead a team of infrastructure and network Engineers in our Global Capabilities Center in India. This role will work closely with US-based Infrastructure leadership on setting and implementing infrastructure strategy as well as ensuring those services are performing optimally. The GCC Compute and Network engineering team is responsible for the availability, performance, and modernization of global infrastructure. This includes data centers, distribution centers, and remote offices, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and hybrid cloud services.
The ideal candidate is a proven people manager and data driven operational leader with deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, strong collaboration with peer leaders,



and a track record of driving reliability, automation, and service excellence.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Leadership & Strategy
Collaborate with peer leaders to orchestrate a combined global strategy and a plan to execute the plan. Lead and develop a team of engineers and analysts responsible for infrastructure operations, monitoring, and service delivery and reliability. Collaborate on defining the roadmap for infrastructure and network modernization, automation, and operational resilience. Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence, leveraging data and established metrics. Partner with senior IT and business stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with corporate objectives and digital transformation goals. Operations & Service Management
