Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who genuinely enjoys helping customers and creating great brand experiences. You will be the first point of contact for parents shopping with Mackly and will play a key role in building customer trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, Whats App, email, and social media. Assist customers with orders, deliveries, exchanges, returns, sizing, and product-related questions. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, and marketplace teams to ensure timely issue resolution.



Follow up on pending customer requests and maintain high response standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Support customer retention initiatives and review management. Escalate recurring issues and suggest improvements to customer experience. Requirements
Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Ability to speak Hindi will be a strong advantage. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, or e-commerce operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Comfortable using Whats App, Google Sheets, Excel, and basic online tools. Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers. What We're Looking For
