Agile / Delivery Methodology
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) along with traditional project management Experience working in Agile environments—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives Ability to track sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health Familiarity with tools like Jira / Azure Dev Ops Ability to work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters and ensure alignment between business and delivery Understanding of Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, cycle time) Experience in reporting to leadership
Ability to prepare review decks (CEO/MD level)
Understanding of pipeline, revenue tracking, or operations
Comfortable working across teams (sales, delivery, finance)
