JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES




Capable to promote an organization culture that fosters security & vigilance practices through effective leadership.
Provide regulatory information, orders, instructions & circulars regarding security & vigilance issues within organization.
Acts as an information conduit to bring security & vigilance issue to the attention of Manager Security & Vigilance. Deliver security & vigilance information to the organization's staff, contractors and stakeholders.
Builds and maintains an excellent working relationship within the organization and distribute the security & vigilance related information to the staff.
Follow up all operational incidents.
Liaise with external agencies to obtain latest information.
Analyze and report internal risk factors.
Stay abreast of latest developments in the market, place and provide action plans.
Prepare duty roster and assign resources.
Periodically conduct check/audits and initiate action.
Provide inputs in respect of security & vigilance services
