Role Overview:
The Global Hub Spot Administrator will serve as the enterprise-wide owner of TRIARQ Health’s Hub Spot environments, supporting Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend’s Member Program. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, governance, user enablement, and scalable architecture across all hubs. As Hub Spot has evolved into core infrastructure for customer, member, and operational lifecycle management,



this centralized position is critical to maintaining accuracy, stability, and long-term platform sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Governance
Own and administer Hub Spot instances spanning Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend Member Program operations.
Define and enforce global governance (naming conventions, permissions, access controls, data models).
Maintain clean architecture and controlled change management across all hubs.
Evaluate Hub Spot updates and betas; drive system-wide adoption and optimization.
Data Quality, Architecture & Compliance
Ensure clean, standardized, and compliant data across contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and member records.
Govern lifecycle stages for Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend Member Program.
Maintain HIPAA-adjacent compliance workflows and audit readiness in partnership with IT/Security.
