Role summary
We're hiring a Marketing Executive who keeps the engine running. You'll manage day to day marketing operations, run social media execution, coordinate with internal stakeholders and execute CRM campaigns (email automations, Whats App journeys and lead routing). This is an execution heavy role. If you're organised, fast and you like closing loops, you'll do well here.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, distribution, optimization, and performance analysis.
Project Management : Independently managing multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and achieving set objectives.
Marketing Execution : Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's business goals, drive user acquisition, enhance customer retention, and contribute to revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
Content Strategy and Development :



Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content that supports campaign objectives, including blogs, videos, social media posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and more.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular reports and insights.
Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and outcomes, and manage expectations accordingly.
Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' strategies to inform and refine marketing strategies.
