Role Description
Develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, and research customers. Promote Saksham's portfolio of analytical and laboratory instrumentation. Build and maintain solid relationships with QA, QC, Production, R& D, Procurement, and Plant teams. Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions. Prepare quotations,



negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities. Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and customer onboarding with technical teams. Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications
Graduate in Science or Engineering (mandatory) 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry Experience selling analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or scientific products will be preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Good commercial understanding and negotiation ability Self-driven with excellent customer relationship skills Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA
