Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
Develop and execute integrated brand strategies to build equity and drive top-line growth Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, offline, and retail touchpoints Craft compelling consumer journeys through innovative storytelling, content creation, and GTM (go-to-market) strategies 2. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
Oversee and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, email, paid media,



and social platforms Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and increase retention and AOV Collaborate with in-house and agency teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns 3. Product & Category Management
Conduct consumer and market analysis to guide product development and positioning Plan and execute product launches and assortment strategies, including pricing and bundling Own demand forecasting and inventory planning for category success 4. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Identify and onboard relevant influencers and partners to drive brand visibility and credibility Develop influencer-led campaigns with measurable outcomes Maintain strong relationships with external collaborators and cross-functional teams 5. Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
