Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead CUBE's marketing initiatives across the construction technology, infrastructure, real estate, engineering, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that generate brand awareness, qualified leads, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2 B Saa S marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, demand generation, and account-based marketing, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) or technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Build and strengthen CUBE's positioning as a leading digital construction and project management platform.
Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to drive growth initiatives.




Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for recent products, modules, and features.
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting infrastructure owners, EPC contractors, consultants, government agencies, and real estate developers.
Optimize marketing funnels to improve MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-customer conversion rates.
Manage campaign performance, reporting, and ROI tracking.
Digital Marketing
Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising initiatives.
Manage website performance, content optimization, and conversion strategies.
Drive inbound marketing efforts through content marketing and thought leadership campaigns.
Monitor analytics and continuously improve digital marketing performance.
Content & Brand Management
Develop high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers
