We are looking for a Product Manager – Supply Chain to drive product strategy and execution across Licious’ farm-to-fork ecosystem. This role will work across sourcing, procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics systems to build scalable, data-driven solutions.
You will own end-to-end supply chain product initiatives that improve service levels, reduce wastage, and optimize fulfillment costs, while enabling scalable growth. Working closely with business, engineering, and operations teams, you will solve complex supply chain challenges in a fast-paced D2 C workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution across supply chain domains such as procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and last-mile logistics
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
Problem Solving & Execution Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in supply chain processes and translate them into scalable tech solutions




Break down ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and prioritize based on impact
Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Category, Finance, and Engineering
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage data to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory planning, and operational efficiency
Define, track, and optimize key supply chain metrics (fill rate, wastage, SLA adherence, inventory turns, etc.)
Execution & Delivery Work closely with engineering teams in an agile setup to deliver high-quality, scalable products
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
Business & Customer Impact Ensure product solutions improve both customer experience (availability, freshness, delivery timelines) and operational cost efficiency
