Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.




Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and implement best practices.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a contact center or telecom process is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern customer base and its culturais context.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is required.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Filipino, Nepali, Malayalam, or Bengali is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
