Role Overview:
Quantext Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Channel Manager to join our energetic You Tube MCN team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing channel operations within the You Tube CMS, overseeing claims management, rights optimisation, and ensuring seamless onboarding and content protection for creators under our network.
This is a high-impact, forward-facing role, requiring precision, proactivity, and a strategic approach to maximize monetization and ensure compliance across our portfolio.




Key Responsibilities:
Channel Onboarding & CMS Management:
Manage the complete lifecycle of You Tube channels within the Content Management System (CMS). Ensure smooth linking, asset association, and policy application for each onboarded channel. Conduct regular CMS audits to maintain the health of all managed assets and channels. Claims Management & Content Protection:
Monitor and manage manual and automated claims (Content ID) to protect client IP and maximize revenue. Resolve ownership conflicts, release erroneous claims, and escalate complex disputes to You Tube support if necessary. Provide strategic advice to creators on copyright best practices and proactive content management. Video Optimization & Metadata Management:
Conduct metadata audits and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails for maximum discoverability and performance. Recommend A/B testing for thumbnails and metada
