ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a quality leader who thrives in the intersection of craftsmanship and precision manufacturing? We're seeking an exceptional Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality across AASR's complete export operation — from our product development sampling unit in Gurgaon to full-scale production at our Bawal factory.
This is not just a compliance role. You'll own the quality DNA of our entire export manufacturing operation, ensuring that every product — from bespoke metal furniture to designer lighting — meets the exacting standards of our global clients in the US, UK, Europe, and Middle East.
THE PROSPECT
Lead Quality Across AASR's Export Excellence:
You'll be the architect of quality for:
✓ Metal Fabrication (Our Core Forte)
Welding, joinery, forming, plating, dimensional accuracy — master the company's primary manufacturing strength
✓ Surface Finishing (Our Core Forte)
Powder coating, PT line, sand blasting, lacquer,



antique & hand-distressed finishes — define quality standards that set us apart
✓ In-House Assemblies
Lighting & furniture assembly — fitment, function, structural integrity, electrical safety
✓ Vendor & Incoming QC
Control quality at source for wooden parts, marble/stone, Firozabad blown glass, and lamp/fabric shades
✓ Packaging & Compliance
Ensure transit-readiness, drop performance, labeling, and compliance for US/UK/EU/Middle-East markets
✓ Team Leadership
Lead QC inspectors, line QA teams, material checkers, and vendor-QC across two facilities
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
• 10–18 years in QA within export manufacturing (furniture, lighting, décor)
• Proven manager-level experience leading QA teams
• Deep expertise in metal fabrication quality & surface finishing (powder coat, PT, lacquer, antique finishes)
• Broad material knowledge: wood, marble/stone, blown glass, fabrics, lighting & furniture assemblies
Technical Mastery:
• Product, process,
