Roles & Responsibilities
Healthcare Compliance Framework Development
Assist in designing compliance frameworks for healthcare.
Conduct research on healthcare laws, pharmacy regulations, telemedicine, diagnostics, and medical services
Develop compliance checklists, SOPs, policies, and internal control documents
Identify regulatory gaps and recommend corrective actions
Support compliance audits and risk assessments
Legal Documentation & Governance
Draft, review, and organize legal agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, employment documents, and service agreements
Maintain legal records, licenses, registrations, and statutory documents
Monitor renewal schedules for licenses, permits, and certifications




Assist in corporate governance and board-related documentation
Regulatory Monitoring
Track changes in healthcare regulations, government notifications, and industry guidelines
Prepare regulatory update reports and compliance advisories for management
Maintain a regulatory compliance calendar
Data Privacy & Information Security
Support compliance with data protection and patient confidentiality requirements
Assist in drafting privacy policies, consent forms, and data-handling procedures
Help establish processes for secure handling of healthcare records and sensitive information
Who Can Apply
Pursuing or recently completed LLB, LLM
Strong interest in healthcare law, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance
Excellent legal research and drafting skills
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
