As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Brand Onboarding Associate who is curious, analytical, and eager to work at the intersection of brands, commerce, operations, and growth.
Role Overview
As a Brand Partnership Associate, you will play a key role in managing and growing product categories across the Clinikally platform. You will work closely with brands, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive category performance, improve customer experience, and support business growth.
This role offers hands-on exposure to category management, merchandising, brand partnerships, analytics, supply chain operations, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Category Management & Merchandising
Support the day-to-day management of assigned product categories. Monitor category performance, sales trends, inventory levels,



and customer demand. Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and merchandising are accurate and optimized. Identify assortment gaps and opportunities for category expansion. Brand & Vendor Management
Coordinate with brand partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Assist in onboarding new brands and launching products on the platform. Build and maintain solid working relationships with external partners. Analytics & Business Insights
Track category performance metrics and prepare regular business reports. Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, and customer behavior data to identify actionable insights. Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Marketing & Growth Initiatives
