Altrview is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant (DPR Manager) to lead and manage Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation, pre-sales operations, government client handling, and high-impact presentations to government stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar vertical (Govt ecosystem), with a strong track record in government projects, DPR Preparation, and strategic stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. DPR & Pre-Sales Management:
Lead the end-to-end Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation for government projects. Ensure compliance with government guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Oversee technical, financial, and feasibility analysis for project proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to develop cutting-edge and competitive project solutions. 2. Government Client Handling & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, ministries, and public sector stakeholders. Ensure effective coordination with government agencies, regulatory bodies,
and tendering authorities. Address client concerns, queries, and negotiations related to project proposals. 3. Presentations & Business Development:
Deliver impactful presentations and project pitches to government officials and decision-makers. Represent Altrview in meetings, conferences, and industry forums to showcase expertise and capabilities. Identify new business opportunities (as needed) in the government and public sector domain. Stay updated on tendering processes, RFPs, and bidding opportunities. 4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales, business development, and DPR professionals. Work closely with internal teams, including finance and operations to align project deliverables. Requirement:
