Requirements
6-10 years of experience in the educational sector
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Educational Psychology, or a related field
Strong expertise in instructional design, online pedagogy & adult learning
Experience with LMS, assessments & content authoring tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
