About the Role




The Head – Procurement will lead the end-to-end procurement function for the Gandhinagar manufacturing facility. This role requires strategic sourcing expertise, strong vendor development capabilities, cost optimization mindset, and the ability to build a resilient and scalable supply chain to support a high-growth, customized manufacturing setting.
The incumbent will drive procurement strategy, ensure uninterrupted material availability, optimize cost structures, and build long-term supplier partnerships aligned with business objectives.

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for raw materials, packaging, consumables, machinery, and indirect spend.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, alternate sourcing, value engineering, and contract optimization.
