Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Loan Agent based in Bhubaneswar. The Loan Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with loan applications, processing loan documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the borrowing experience. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data,
ensuring compliance with company policies and lending regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires effective communication to guide customers through the lending process and address any inquiries.
Qualifications
Experience in Loan Servicing and knowledge of loans-related processes
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and making informed decisions
Basic understanding of Finance and lending practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
