Experience: 9 –12 Years
Industry Preference: Fintech / Payments / Supply Chain Financing / SMB Lending / High-Growth Startups
Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end ownership of Category P&L;
✔ Drive category growth, profitability & business expansion
✔ Build and execute GTM strategies
✔ Client acquisition & key account management
✔ Scale processes and operational excellence
✔ Lead and mentor high-performing teams
✔ Collaborate with product, ops & leadership teams
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in high-growth startups/current-age companies
✅ Strong exposure to Enterprise & SMB business environments
✅ Proven track record in scaling categories/business lines
✅ Strong business acumen with hands-on execution mindset
✅ Prior experience in Payments, SMB Lending, BNPL, or Supply Chain Financing preferred
✅ MBA / Graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes preferred
