We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with strong startup experience who can take ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our Ed Tech products.
Role: Product Manager
Experience: 5- 8 Years
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Qualifications
- Experience in product discovery and delivery, including user research, requirements gathering, and translating insights into product roadmaps and detailed specifications.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define metrics, interpret product performance, and run experiments or A/B tests.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) and manage stakeholders with explicit communication and alignment.
- Proficiency with common product management tools and practices,



such as backlog management, sprint planning, wireframing or prototyping, and documenting user stories.
- Background or strong interest in education, skilling, or edtech, with an understanding of learner journeys, employer expectations, and outcome-focused programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product decisions, trade-offs, and rationales to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Design, or related discipline); prior experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role is strongly preferred.
