Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in Finishing and Nominated subcontract management including super luxurious Finishing with MEPF services.
- Coordination with customers, Consultant, and participation in coordination meeting
- Supply Chain Management or related experience
- Follow up for drawing and design with consultants.
- Exposure of handling the Finishing/ MEP work to the tune of 800 Crore
- Creates, Tracks, and manages, the progress of NSC
- Performs cost and price and Delivery analyses, even with limited information.
- Develops and executes broad based negotiation strategies, Bill certifications, reconciliation within TAT.
- Facilitates relationships between program office, NSC and customer
- Participates in development of Bill of quantities, Base schedule, Milestone forming and regularly tracking




- Participation and negotiation in selection process for NSCs in coordination with Customer.
- Manages strategic NSC relationships at the Business level
- Developing sequence and forecasting logistics and capture strategies for the business
- Manages Subcontractors and Contract administration, Financials, Variance analysis etc
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in interior finishing and fit-out management for high-rise buildings.
- B. Tech/B. E. degree in Civil or related field (preferably).
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex interior fitout projects from concept to completion.
- Experience of handling Subcontractors of MEP and internal team of Rough Finishing and deep finishing with deeper MEPF experience.
