About the Role
Grapes Worldwide is looking for a Technical Project Leader with 5–7 years of experience to lead the development and delivery of a modern Saa S platform built using Next.js, Node.js, Type Script, and Cloudflare Edge technologies.
This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring a solid balance of hands-on technical expertise, project ownership, team coordination, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team of developers, translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and scalability.
The candidate should have prior experience working on Saa S applications, managing development sprints, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to architectural decisions in modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and coordinate a team of developers, QA engineers, and technology partners to deliver scalable Saa S solutions.
- Manage project timelines, sprint planning, task allocation,



and release schedules.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Business, and Leadership teams to align technical execution with business objectives.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance to development teams working on Next.js and Node.js applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Support architecture discussions and contribute to scalable application design.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure implementation of secure coding practices and performance optimization standards.
- Review technical documentation, system designs, and development workflows.
