About the Role
As an SEO Lead, you will own the end-to-end SEO strategy, execution, and performance for client accounts. You will lead and mentor a cross-functional team of six members across Technical SEO, Content, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable results.
You will be responsible for driving organic growth through strategic planning,



performance monitoring, and continuous optimization. Additionally, you will provide feedback to improve internal tools and processes while supporting ongoing product development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end SEO strategy to achieve defined KPIs such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, conversions, and revenue impact
Translate business goals into measurable SEO plans, with explicit targets, timelines, and success metrics
Lead and manage a cross-functional team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all SEO functions
Monitor performance through regular reporting, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvements
Act as the primary client point of contact, presenting data-backed insights and demonstrating ROI from SEO initiatives
Proactively identify performance risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
