Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Designer with experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordination drawings, working details, and supporting the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed working drawings and GFC drawings for corporate interior projects
Develop layout plans, ceiling layouts, partition details, joinery details, and coordination drawings
Coordinate with design, MEP, and execution teams for technical alignment
Review site measurements and ensure drawing accuracy
Assist in BOQ preparation and material detailing
Resolve technical and drawing-related issues during project execution
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines
Coordinate with vendors and consultants for technical clarifications
Maintain project documentation and revisions
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related field
3–6 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects
Solid knowledge of Auto CAD and technical detailing
Understanding of materials, site execution, and coordination drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
